What can we make out of this Visit?
Air India Group fleet is maintained by its former Maintenance arm AIESL, But there are possibilities that to Improve maintenance standards and on-time performance they can give the contract to Airworks Group.
AIESL is now a state-owned MRO and is Independent of the Air India group.
Despite AIESL having all the necessary capabilities to Maintain the Air India fleet, it’s clear that their standards and maintain quality are not very much evolved.
