Today, on October 17, both runways at Mumbai Airport (BOM), officially known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA), will undergo maintenance work, resulting in a six-hour closure with no flight operations.

Security measures were heightened in and around Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) in Mumbai following an anonymous bomb threat call on Saturday evening, which alerted authorities to a potential bomb in Terminal 2 (T2), serving both international and domestic flights.
