ATLANTA- Delta Air Lines (DL) is deploying its advanced Airbus A330neo aircraft across multiple transatlantic and South American routes starting summer of 2025.
This strategic fleet update marks Delta’s continued phase-out of Boeing 767 aircraft from long-haul operations.
Delta A330neo Routes
The airline will operate the A330neo from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Barcelona (BCN), Lisbon (LIS), and Milan (MXP), Ishrion Aviation reported.
Furthermore, the A330neo service will connect New York JFK Airport to Lisbon and São Paulo (GRU).
The A330neo, featuring enhanced fuel efficiency and passenger amenities, represents Delta’s commitment to modernizing its international fleet.
The transition aligns with Delta’s broader strategy to optimize its route network with newer aircraft.
The airline’s systematic replacement of Boeing 767s with A330neos on long-distance routes signals a significant shift in its fleet composition and operational capabilities.
