ATLANTA- In 2023, the Delta Sky Club network underwent significant enhancements, welcoming five new clubs and expanding or reopening two locations.
The year 2024 promises to be even more noteworthy as Delta Air Lines (DL) introduces its highly anticipated premium lounge experience, elevating service and hospitality for customers at JFK, LAX, and BOS.
Delta Premium Lounge in 2024
The inaugural premium lounge at New York JFK will boast a spacious 38,000-square-foot area featuring a full-service brasserie, a casual market with chef-assisted offerings, open kitchens, dedicated wellness areas, and more.
Following the Delta Sky Club philosophy, each premium lounge will be distinct, incorporating elements inspired by and unique to its respective host city.
As the access guidelines for the premium lounge are being finalized, Claude Roussel, Vice President of Sky Club and Lounge Experience, envisions a highly personalized and dedicated level of service for each customer.
Beyond aesthetically pleasing spaces and exceptional offerings, the goal is to ensure that premium lounge guests experience a warm and familiar welcome akin to their favorite hotel or restaurant.
Delta has plans to open five new lounges in 2024, expanding its lounge network by over 2,700 seats between 2023 and this year. Eligible customers can anticipate a closer look at the offerings and experiences in-store.
