Tata-owned Air India Group has successfully completed the merger of Air India (AI) and Vistara (UK) to form the only full-service carrier in India.

Air India Express (IX), owned by the Tata Group, has announced the introduction of discounted tickets for passengers opting to travel without check-in baggage.
