HAWAII- Alaska Airlines (AS) and Hawaiian Airlines (HA) have unveiled an expanded summer beverage program that introduces new premium drink options across all cabins, ranging from cold brew coffee to international business class champagne.
The refreshed lineup aims to enhance the onboard experience while highlighting brands and products connected to the U.S. West Coast and Hawaiʻi.
The beverage program also reflects the airlines’ broader strategy of investing in premium onboard services and elevating customer satisfaction.
The new offerings include the debut of Stumptown Copilot Cold Brew on select Alaska flights, a revamped international business class wine selection, and Hawaiian’s new Tide & Vine wine program.
The initiative arrives as summer travel demand continues to rise across the airlines’ domestic and international networks.
Together, the additions provide travelers with more diverse beverage choices while strengthening the carriers’ focus on quality, sustainability, and regional partnerships.

New Summer Drinks For Every Cabin
Alaska Airlines has expanded its partnership with Stumptown Coffee by introducing Stumptown Copilot Cold Brew on board select domestic routes and flights to Reykjavík, Iceland (KEF). The beverage marks the first time the airline has offered Stumptown’s cold brew product in the air.
Produced in small batches using ethically sourced coffee beans, the cold brew contains only coffee and water. The drink delivers a smooth texture and chocolate-forward finish designed to appeal to travelers seeking premium coffee options during their journey.
Passengers traveling in First Class and Premium Class will receive the beverage complimentary. Main Cabin travelers can purchase the drink during eligible flights.
The introduction adds another premium beverage option to Alaska’s onboard menu as the carrier continues investing in upgraded food and drink offerings.
According to Alaska Airlines, the move reflects growing passenger demand for high-quality beverage choices that extend beyond traditional coffee service.
The airline believes travelers increasingly value recognizable specialty brands and elevated refreshment options that enhance the overall inflight experience.

Premium Wine Program Enhancing Onboard Dining
A major component of the summer refresh is a newly curated international business class wine program that will be available on long-haul international flights operated by Alaska and Hawaiian.
The selection includes premium labels chosen to complement multi-course inflight dining menus. Featured offerings include Louis Roederer Collection Champagne, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Armillary Cabernet Sauvignon, and Paul Hobbs Russian River Chardonnay.
The airlines stated that the updated wine portfolio is part of a broader strategy to strengthen the premium travel experience as international operations continue to expand.
The new selections focus on balancing flavor profiles with onboard cuisine while delivering a restaurant-quality dining experience at cruising altitude.
The wine program also reflects increased investment in premium cabin products as carriers compete for high-value international travelers.

Hawaiian Wine Initiative For Ocean Conservation
Hawaiian Airlines has introduced Tide & Vine, a new Main Cabin wine collection inspired by Hawaiʻi’s culture and surrounding marine environment. The program features a red blend, a white blend, and a brut sparkling wine.
Beyond providing a new inflight beverage option, the initiative supports environmental conservation efforts.
A portion of the proceeds generated through the program will benefit Mālama Maunalua, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring and protecting Oʻahu’s Maunalua Bay.
The partnership builds upon Hawaiian Airlines’ existing community engagement programs and environmental initiatives.
Recently, airline volunteers joined conservation efforts that removed more than 260 pounds of invasive algae species from nearshore waters in the bay.
