BENGALURU- India’s Largest LCC, IndiGo Airlines (6E), will launch direct flights between Bengaluru (BLR) and Riyadh (RUH) starting 16 November 2025. Operated by the Airbus A320, this new route strengthens air connectivity between India’s technology hub and Saudi Arabia’s capital.
Riyadh becomes the second Saudi city, after Jeddah (JED), to have direct access from Bengaluru. The expansion reflects growing passenger demand for travel between India and the Middle East, driven by business, trade, and tourism.

The new Bengaluru–Riyadh route adds to IndiGo’s expanding Middle East network, which already connects India with Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam (DMM), and Madinah (MED). This development highlights the airline’s strategy to deepen its footprint in key Gulf markets with high workforce mobility and trade flows.
