IndiGo (6E), India’s leading carrier, has recently revealed its codeshare connections to Edinburgh via Istanbul, starting May 8, 2023.
The airline has extended its codeshare network to include 33 European destinations through its partnership with Turkish Airlines. This development aims to enhance international connectivity and provide passengers with more travel options and hassle-free access to Scotland.

IndiGo has recently been expanding its network of codeshare destinations in Europe through its partnership with Turkish Airlines.
These codeshare connections now provide travelers access to various European countries, such as Spain, the Netherlands, Greece, Belgium, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Portugal.
IndiGo’s collaboration with Turkish Airlines has enabled the airline to enhance its international connectivity and provide more options to its passengers.
Vinay Malhotra, the Head of Global Sales at IndiGo, expressed his happiness over launching new codeshare connections to Edinburgh via Istanbul. He stated that Edinburgh is a popular tourist destination, and this new route will offer convenient and affordable options for Indian travelers to explore another new destination.
With this addition, IndiGo now connects 33 destinations in Europe. Subsequently, it remains committed to providing affordable fares, on-time performance, and hassle-free service across its extensive network.
