The Middle East carrier Emirates (EK) is all set to display its latest collection of inventive offerings and popular products at the 30th Arabian Travel Market (ATM), starting from May 1.
The event celebrates its third decade of connecting the travel industry. This is also a milestone year for Emirates, marking its 30th year of partnership and commitment to ATM.
Emirates 30 years at ATM
Thirty years ago, Emirates had 15 aircraft that flew to 30 cities and transported around 2 million passengers when Arabian Travel Market (ATM) first opened.
Emirates has become the largest international airline globally, serving over 140 destinations with over 200 wide-body aircraft. Every year, the airline connects millions of travelers across the world. Subsequently making Dubai one of the most globally connected cities for tourism, travel, and business.
Throughout the years, Emirates has expanded its presence at ATM. In 2007, Emirates introduced its iconic ‘Globe’ stand, a three-story spherical structure that showcased the airline’s industry-first private suite in First Class on its Airbus A340-500.
Over the years, the structure evolved, focusing on Emirates’ network expansion, destinations, and cabin products on the A380 and Boeing 777 across all classes. Additionally, it highlighted Emirates’ sports sponsorships globally.
EK plans to showcase its latest range of innovative products and fan favorites at the upcoming 30th edition of Arabian Travel Market, which begins on May 1st. This year is also the Emirates’ 30th year of partnership and commitment to ATM.
Emirates revealed its ‘Infinite Possibilities’ exhibit at ATM in 2016, featuring a futuristic display of its cutting-edge products and services for visitors to try before their next Emirates flight.
The exhibit was an impressive 8.5 meters tall and took almost nine days to set up, making it one of the tallest exhibitors’ stands at ATM. It weighed 166 tonnes, which is equivalent to one-third of the total mass of an Emirates A380.
Arabian Travel Market 2023
For this year’s Arabian Travel Market, Emirates plans to present its latest signature products across all classes and innovative offerings that highlight the journey as well as the destination. The airline’s stand theme, “Travel isn’t just about the end destination.
IT’S HOW YOU GET THERE” will showcase its sustainability initiatives and a new AI gallery where visitors can create personalized digital artwork.
Visitors can see Emirates’ popular Premium Economy seat with up to 40 inches of legroom, the fully enclosed private suite for the Boeing 777-300ER First Class, and the newest generation A380 Onboard Lounge.
The stand will also feature 90 meeting spaces and can accommodate almost 200 visitors anytime. You can find the Emirates stand at Hall 3, stand number ME3210 during the event.
