Reportedly, the Ministry of Labour Union has issued a show-cause notice to Air India Express (IX), currently under the ownership of the Tata Group.
Tata-owned Air India Express (AIX) senior and experienced Cabin crew have expressed serious reservations about the management’s actions, citing violations of the company’s code of conduct guidelines.
In response to Air India Express’ recent implementation of cost-cutting measures outlined in the accommodation policy issued on June 8, 2023, the cabin crew community is organizing a collective sick leave protest.
