SALT LAKE CITY- Delta Air Lines (DL) has unveiled its second-largest Delta Sky Club at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), marking a major investment in one of its key western hubs.
The nearly 34,000-square-foot lounge, located in Concourse B, can host up to 600 guests and showcases design elements inspired by Utah’s striking landscapes. The new Sky Club strengthens Delta’s commitment to Salt Lake City, offering upgraded comfort, premium amenities, and a sense of place that reflects the region’s natural beauty.

Delta New Sky Club Lounge at SLC
Delta Air Lines’ newest Sky Club at SLC is designed as both a retreat and a workspace for travelers. The nature-themed lounge features panoramic airfield views, a wraparound premium bar, and nine private, soundproof phone booths.
Its food and beverage options include freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, and a “Dirty Soda” bar—an exclusive feature of the Salt Lake City location.
Claude Roussel, Vice President of Delta Sky Club and Lounge Experience, said the new space was developed using direct feedback from travelers. Every aspect—from seating layout to food choices—was crafted to provide comfort, convenience, and a relaxed atmosphere that feels like home.
The interior design draws inspiration from Utah’s diverse landscapes, blending modern materials with natural motifs. Geometric ceiling patterns and terrazzo flooring mimic the shimmer of snow, while wood, copper, and jewel-toned accents evoke the region’s lakes and mountains.

Immersive Art and Digital Experiences
Local artistry plays a central role in the new Sky Club. Guests are greeted by a curated selection of works from Utah-based artists, celebrating the state’s textures, colors, and geography.
A standout feature—the Delta Digital Immersion Wall—creates a 4D sensory experience with panoramic visuals and ambient sounds of Utah’s iconic scenery.
Velvet drapery, acoustic enhancements, and subtle lighting further contribute to the lounge’s calm and restorative environment, providing travelers a place to unwind before boarding.

Supporting “The New SLC” Redevelopment
This Sky Club opening aligns with Salt Lake City International Airport’s broader “The New SLC” redevelopment project.
The program adds new gates, expands Concourse B, and improves passenger flow for greater operational efficiency.
Delta’s continued investments in SLC include digital innovations like TSA PreCheck Touchless ID lanes through the Fly Delta app and a new Delta One Check-in area offering concierge-style service for premium travelers.

Delta’s Growing Presence in Utah
Salt Lake City remains a critical hub in Delta’s network, with up to 255 daily departures to nearly 100 destinations worldwide.
The airline recently launched its first nonstop service from SLC to Seoul, South Korea (ICN), and plans to begin daily flights to Lima, Peru (LIM), later this year—its first South American route from Utah.
Beyond the airport, Delta supports local communities through partnerships with organizations such as Utah Food Bank, YMCA of Northern Utah, and the American Red Cross.
It also serves as the Naming Rights Partner of the Delta Center and the Official Airline of the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth. More than 4,800 Delta employees live and work in Utah, reinforcing the airline’s deep ties to the region.
