These passengers will receive complimentary meals and benefit from British Airways’ generous baggage allowance in the economy class, which encompasses two checked bags weighing up to 23 kilograms per person.
Abhijit Dasgupta, Senior Vice President of Network Planning and Revenue Management at IndiGo, expressed enthusiasm about the codeshare agreement, stating that it expands the travel choices available to British Airways customers for journeys to and from London Heathrow.
By leveraging IndiGo’s extensive network in India, this partnership promotes trade and commerce between the two nations and offers convenient travel options for students and tourists.

He mentioned that customers will now have the ability to book their entire journey on a single ticket, facilitating seamless travel from London to their final destinations. This partnership enhances flexibility and choice for travelers.
