DELHI- Starting September 2, 2023, TATA SIA Joint Ventured Vistara (UK) will introduce two additional flights connecting Dhaka (DAC) to Delhi (DEL).
With these two new additional flights, Vistara’s schedule will encompass 16 weekly flights from Dhaka to destinations within India and beyond, as highlighted in the airline’s official statement.
Vistara Delhi Dhaka Flights
Starting September 2, 2023, Vistara will launch a fresh flight, designated as UK185, departing from Delhi at 13:10 on Thursdays and Saturdays.
This flight will arrive in Dhaka at 15:45, and the return journey, flight UK186, will take off from Dhaka at 16:45 and touch down in Delhi at 19:55 on the same day. All timings mentioned are based on local time.
Currently, Vistara operates daily flights between Dhaka and Delhi and Mumbai.
Further, Vistara’s flight UK181 departs Delhi at 6:20, arriving in Dhaka at 9:10. Conversely, the return flight, UK182, departs Dhaka at 10:10 and arrives in Delhi at 12:30.
Furthermore, in its current schedule, the airline’s flight UK183 leaves Mumbai at 7:25, reaching Dhaka by 10:45. In the reverse direction, flight UK184 departs Dhaka at 11:45 and arrives in Mumbai at 14:05.
The airline emphasized that these newly introduced frequencies for the Dhaka-Delhi route are already available for booking through their system.
Air India Flights
Air India, a prominent global carrier of India and a member of the Star Alliance, has introduced non-stop flight connections between Delhi and Dhaka, offering enhanced convenience and a more comfortable travel experience for passengers commuting between the capital cities of India and Bangladesh.
Effective from September 15, 2023, Air India will operate flights four times a week on the Delhi-Dhaka route, utilizing its Airbus A320 aircraft for this service.
In its current operations, Air India already provides three weekly flights connecting Kolkata and Dhaka.
With this newly added frequency, the airline aims to cater to the growing demand for international air travel to and from Dhaka, particularly driven by Bangladesh’s rapid economic growth and overall progress.
The departure time for Air India’s flight AI237 from Delhi will be 17:55hrs, arriving at Dhaka by 20:45hrs.
On the return journey, flight AI238 will depart Dhaka at 21:45hrs and reach Delhi at 23:50hrs. All timings mentioned are according to local time zones.
