3) Fly High Graduate Programme
Designed for exceptional graduates from local and global universities, the Fly High Graduate Programme is a 36-month global management trainee initiative that combines on-the-job training with curated aviation courses.
Participants will engage in diverse projects across the Emirates Group, spanning airline Operations, Commercial, and dnata. In addition, they will have the opportunity to undertake an international assignment.

4) Master Scholarship Programme
Emirates Group employees who are UAE Nationals and are accepted into Masters’s Programmes at renowned universities can benefit from full-time scholarships.
