“Cabin staff talked with them, and at one point they had to lay her down where the seats with extra leg room are, which are in front of the doors. How much agony she was experiencing was a question in order to communicate it to the commander again.
She appeared to change direction suddenly. For any medical personnel on board, the cabin workers issued a call. When the aircraft suddenly veered dramatically to the right, it became obvious that something had shifted and we needed to land right away.

Many people were clearly upset and emotional as a result of what was happening. When she collapsed, they began conducting CPR and had oxygen and a defibrillator on board. Before we touched down in Newquay, they continued doing this for about an hour.
“When we landed, the air ambulance and a second ambulance were waiting. They quickly got the steps and carried her out of the side of the plane on a scoop stretcher.”
