Star Air is India’s Best regional airline based in Bangalore, India. The airline has recently conducted India’s First first indigenous Level-3 Training on Embraer 135/145 aircraft.
The training is conducted on Embraer 135/145 aircraft including Legacy 600/650 fitted with Rolls Royce AE 3007 series engines at Star Air Training Facility.
Star Air is one of the fastest growing airlines in India and has recently ordered Embraer E175 aircraft.
Star Air Embraer E135/145 Training Report
The airline has trained 26 Engineering candidates of which 13 were from Star Air, 11 from other MROs, and 2 DGCA staff also Participated in the Training.
The Training was conducted from the 6th of June 2022 to the 27th of July 2022, almost 52 days.
They conducted training in two phases, i.e Theoretical and Practical elements. The intense theoretical training lasted for 28 days at the Star air training facility while 12 days of practical training took place at the Maintenance base in HAL Airport, Bangalore.
Training will help candidates in improving their competence and expertise in the maintenance of Embraer aircraft.
The aim of the training is to help boost the Qualified & skilled Manforce on the Embraer series fleet in India.

Mr. Sadasivan K.T. – Examination Manager, Mr. N.S. Chakravarty – Instructor, Assessor, and Training Manager, Mr. Sunil Ekhleikar – Quality Manager,
Mr. Pravinkumar Moolya – Instructor and Assessor, Mr. Sanjeev Tiwari – Practical Instructor and Assessor.
To support India’s Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s mission of Aatmanirbhar Bharat, star air successfully conducted Indigenous Training.

About Fleet Upgradation
According to our sources, Star air has made a Lease agreement with Nordic Aviation Capital Group for Two brand New E175 Jets.
Star Air Already has 5 used ERJ-145 aircraft in its Fleet with Registration VT-GSC, GSE, GSF, GSN, and GSS.
The airline has rapidly expanded over India with 17 destinations and counting.
Star Air is a Subsidiary of the Sanjay Godawat group and is Based at Bangalore and Belgaum Airport.
