Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific exploring the possibility of non-stop flights to Tasmania, an Australian island state.

Singapore Airlines (SQ) has inaugurated new flights from Singapore (SIN) to London Gatwick (LHR) on June 21, 2024 (yesterday). The flight was operated by 6.9-year-old Airbus A350-900 aircraft, registered as 9V-SMQ.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) reported a record full-year net profit on May 15 and is planning to increase dividend payouts for shareholders and offer larger bonuses for staff.
