NEW YORK- JetBlue Airways (B6) and Allegiant (G4) have officially agreed to a deal in which JetBlue will transfer all of Spirit Airlines (NK) holdings at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) to Allegiant.
