Europe’s low-cost carrier Ryanair (FR) has initiated legal action against the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) over the newly imposed passenger cap at Dublin Airport (DUB)

The proposed plans originate from DA Terminal 3 Ltd for Dublin Airport (DUB), founded by Des and Ulick McEvaddy, aimed at advancing a third terminal at the airport for future enhancement.
