SLC, UTAH- Delta Air Lines (DL) took a significant step forward on Thursday (June 29, 2023), breaking ground on a state-of-the-art pilot training facility in Salt Lake City, strengthening its presence in the Mountain West region.

Delta Air Lines (DL) pilots Barry Behnfeldt and Aaron Wilson, accompanied by in-flight technician Thomas Tweedy, have taken on a remarkable challenge to set a new Guinness World Record by flying through all 48 contiguous states in just 48 hours.
