BOURNEMOUTH, UK- Jet2 (LS) and Jet2holidays have unveiled three new Summer 2027 routes from Bournemouth Airport (BOH) and Edinburgh Airport (EDI), responding to strong early booking demand.
The expansion includes Reus Airport (REU) from Bournemouth, Chania International Airport (CHQ) in Crete, and Pula Airport (PUY) from Edinburgh, with all routes exclusive to Jet2 from the respective airports.

Jet2 Three New Summer 2027 Routes
Jet2 has added Reus (REU) to its Summer 2027 programme from Bournemouth Airport (BOH). The new weekly Sunday service will operate from 2 May to 31 October 2027. Reus serves Spain’s Costa Dorada region, providing access to resorts such as Salou, Cap Salou, and La Pineda.
The area remains popular with UK holidaymakers due to its beaches, family-friendly attractions, and proximity to Barcelona and PortAventura World.
From Edinburgh Airport (EDI), Jet2 has introduced two new summer routes. Weekly Wednesday flights to Chania (CHQ), Crete will operate from 5 May to 27 October 2027. Weekly Sunday flights to Pula (PUY), Croatia, will run from 2 May to 17 October 2027. Both routes are exclusive to Jet2 from Edinburgh.
The addition of Chania allows customers in Scotland to access western Crete directly. Chania is the island’s second largest city and provides access to coastal resorts including Malia and Hersonissos, as well as historic towns, beaches, and natural landmarks across the region.
Pula expands Jet2’s Croatian offering from Scotland. The city is known for its preserved Roman amphitheatre, Adriatic coastline, and historic old town. The wider Istrian region combines cultural heritage with established seaside resorts, attracting both leisure and cultural tourism.

Network Growth and Capacity Impact
With the addition of Reus, Jet2 will operate to 18 destinations from Bournemouth Airport for Summer 2027. The airport continues to see expanded leisure connectivity as demand for Mediterranean routes remains strong.
In Scotland, the introduction of Chania and Pula increases Jet2’s Summer 2027 portfolio from Edinburgh to 40 destinations.
The expanded programme strengthens Jet2’s position in the Scottish outbound leisure market and provides additional options for both direct customers and independent travel agents.

Product Offering and Customer Proposition
Customers can book the new routes as flight-only services through Jet2 (LS) or as ATOL-protected package holidays through Jet2holidays. The airline includes a 10kg hand luggage allowance and operates scheduled leisure services with fixed flight times.
Jet2 and Jet2holidays have been recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider for ten consecutive years. The company continues to position early seat release and exclusive airport routes as part of its strategy to capture advance bookings for peak summer travel periods.
