MIAMI— A late-night domestic flight operating in the United States witnessed an unusual and serious cabin safety incident after a flight attendant accidentally kicked a baby who had been placed on the aisle floor while passengers were sleeping.
The incident reportedly occurred around 11 p.m. on a flight believed to be operated by US Airlines. According to the account, the cabin lights were dimmed, most passengers were asleep, and visibility in the aisle was limited during routine cabin movement.
Attendant Found Baby on Flight
