The following are the changes mentioned by Ishrion Aviation on X (formerly known as Twitter).
The Pittsburgh (PIT) service will transition to a mixed Boeing 787 fleet, featuring two weekly flights on the 787-10, three weekly on the 787-9, and two weekly on the 787-8. This adjustment reflects a strategic move to optimize capacity across the route.
The Nashville (BNA) service will reintroduce the Boeing 777-200ER aircraft with a premium configuration. This upgrade adds eight First Class seats while reducing Economy seating, catering to increased demand for premium travel options on this route.
In Baltimore (BWI), the 777-200ER service will extend into the Summer 2025 season, ensuring continued access to British Airways’ expanded transatlantic network during the peak travel period.
These changes underscore the airline’s focus on tailoring its fleet and services to meet market demands effectively.

Going Seasonal to Dallas
As reported earlier, British Airways will suspend flights between London Heathrow (LHR) and Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) from March 30, 2025, aligning with the end of the Winter 2024-25 season. This suspension marks the transition of the route into a seasonal winter service, with flights set to resume on October 26, 2025.
- The current schedule for the LHR-DFW route includes flight BA193, departing Heathrow at 10:40 AM and arriving in Dallas at 4:00 PM local time.
- The return flight, BA192, departs DFW at 7:30 PM and lands at Heathrow the following morning at 9:40 AM.
British Airways plans to operate the route with a Boeing 777-200ER, though the aircraft type may change closer to the relaunch, potentially involving an Airbus A380 or A350-1000.
Initially, British Airways had planned a twice-daily service between London and Miami (MIA) but has revised the schedule to operate a single daily flight.
