ABU DHABI- Etihad Airways (EY) announces expansion of Paris (CDG) services, introducing double daily flights from January 15, 2025. The airline will deploy its iconic Airbus A380 starting on November 1, 2024, followed by the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on the second daily flight.
All flights will offer Etihad’s three-class service: First, Business, and Economy, catering to diverse passenger preferences. This expansion aims to boost tourism to Abu Dhabi, particularly in the premium travel segment.
Etihad Doubles Paris Flights

Best Timings
Etihad Airways introduces strategically timed double daily flights between Paris and Abu Dhabi. Morning arrivals in Paris facilitate early hotel check-ins and extended sightseeing, while evening arrivals cater to post-work travelers. The schedule optimizes business travelers’ productivity with full working days at both destinations.
The Airbus A380 service features Etihad’s premium offerings: The Residence, First Apartments, and Business Studios. Economy class passengers benefit from increased legroom and Etihad’s renowned service.
Complementing the A380, the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner offers First, Business, and Economy cabins with advanced amenities for comfort and productivity.

Etihad Airways is also expanding its network globally, with a launch of direct flights to Warsaw (WAW) and Prague (PRG) on June 2, 2025. This marks the airline’s first routes to Poland and Czechia.
The UAE’s national carrier will operate four weekly flights to both European capitals, enhancing travel options for business and leisure passengers. This expansion diversifies Etihad’s European network.
Etihad will deploy Boeing 787 Dreamliners on these routes, offering 28 Business Class and 262 Economy Class seats per flight. The modern aircraft ensures passenger comfort.
Poland and Czechia contribute to growing visitor numbers to the UAE. Direct flights from Warsaw and Prague enhance travel options, offering convenient access to Abu Dhabi’s attractions, including beaches, cultural heritage, and entertainment.
Earlier Etihad introduced the A380 on the Mumbai route, from September 1 to December 31, 2024, the double-decker aircraft operates three weekly flights between Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Mumbai (BOM), enhancing capacity and passenger experience.
Further, Etihad will deploy Airbus A380 to Singapore starting February 1, 2025.
