GURUGRAM- India’s largest carrier in terms of passenger carried and fleet size, IndiGo Airlines (6E) is upgrading its website and mobile app with a new UI/UX interface. The rollout will begin in August 2024, an anniversary month.
The move comes as IndiGo plans to launch Business Class seats and other premium services. The new makeover will help passengers to book and track flights in a more streamlined and hassle-free manner.

Introducing Business Class
As mentioned above, IndiGo is set to introduce business class seats on selected 10 to 15 aircraft, targeting key domestic and international routes.
Passengers traveling between cities like Delhi (DEL)–Mumbai (BOM), Delhi-Bengaluru (BLR), and Delhi-Chennai (MAA) will soon have the option to upgrade to a premium travel experience.
IndiGo plans to launch its international business class service on routes such as Delhi-Dubai (DXB), Delhi-Singapore (SIN), and Delhi-Abu Dhabi (AUH).
Experts suggest that IndiGo may initially price its business class seats lower than competitors like Air India (AI) and Vistara (UK), aiming to attract passengers seeking premium services without the premium price tag.
Recently, IndiGo has enhanced the customer experience through digital innovation by introducing a new hotel booking feature on its website and app.
This addition is part of IndiGo’s ongoing efforts to streamline the travel planning process, allowing passengers to book both flights and accommodations in one go. This integrated service helps travelers save time and simplify travel logistics.
