On Tuesday afternoon, an EasyJet flight originally bound from Amsterdam (AMS) to Manchester was compelled to divert to Liverpool (LPL) due to the intense winds, according to an airline update.
This results from adverse weather conditions in Manchester, which are deemed below safe operational thresholds. The flight disruption is beyond our control and is classified as an exceptional circumstance.
The easyJet flight exhibited noticeable swaying from side to side during its approach to the runway, ultimately ascending again and diverting to Liverpool John Lennon Airport nearby.
