ATLANTA, LAS CONDES- Delta Air Lines (DL) and the LATAM group (LA) are set to revive the direct route between Santiago (SCL), Chile, and Orlando (MCO), Florida, with two weekly flights on Thursdays and Sundays.
Operating from June 16 to Sept. 28, 2024, during the Northern Hemisphere’s summer season, this route offers a convenient option for Chileans looking to escape the Southern Hemisphere’s winter to explore Central Florida’s diverse range of theme parks and attractions.
Delta LATAM Santiago to Orlando Flights
Resuming the seasonal route after a hiatus in 2018, the LATAM Group and Delta strengthened their Joint Venture, having already introduced six new routes directly connecting South America with the United States.
Anticipating approximately 12,800 customers during the U.S. summer season, this route will not only benefit Chilean travelers but also provide enhanced access for Brazilian visitors to experience Orlando’s attractions.
Commencing on June 16, flights from Santiago, Chile, to Orlando will operate every Thursday and Sunday, with departure at 11:15 a.m. (local time) and arrival at 8:15 p.m. (local time).
The return flights from Orlando will take place every Thursday and Sunday, departing at 10:25 p.m. (local time) and arriving in Santiago at 7 a.m. (local time) the following day. Starting in July, Sunday flights will shift to Saturdays, following the same schedule.
