GURUGRAM- Tata-owned Air India (AI) has entered into a commercial lease agreement to occupy seven floors, spanning 1.80 lakh sq ft in Vatika One on One, situated in Gurugram’s Sector 16, for a duration of five years at an annual rent of ₹24.05 crore.
Vatika One on One is an office complex encompassing a 12-acre campus with six independent towers, conveniently located on National Highway 48. It provides seamless connectivity to the Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), located just six kilometers away.

Air India New Office
The lease contract between Vatika One on One Pvt Ltd and Air India Ltd was officially registered in September.
The airline, which the Tata Group acquired in January 2022, will occupy 1,80,750 sq ft of office space from the ground floor to the sixth floor in Block 5 of Vatika One on One, with a monthly rent of ₹1.89 crore, as per the registration documents accessed and shared by Propstack.com.
Following its privatization and robust growth, the airline has submitted an Interest-Free Refundable Security Deposit of ₹11.34 crore as part of the agreement.
In return, the lessor has granted access to 180 car parking spaces and an additional 18 parking spaces in Block 5 in accordance with the provided documents.
The lease officially began on September 29, 2023, with the lease rent scheduled to commence six months from the initiation date.
Additionally, the lessor has been afforded a rent-free fit-out period until the lease rent kicks in, starting from March 2024. As per the agreement, the annual rent is set to increase by 15% after three years.
