The Maharashtra government has granted approval for the acquisition of the renowned Air India (AI) building at Nariman Point in South Mumbai for Rs 1,601 crore.
Air India (AI) has entered into a commercial lease agreement to occupy seven floors, spanning 1.80 lakh sq ft in Vatika One on One, situated in Gurugram’s Sector 16, for a duration of five years at an annual rent of ₹24.05 crore.
