ATLANTA- A Delta Air Lines (DL) flight DL85 with 238 occupants from Paris (CDG) to Atlanta (ATL) has declared a medical emergency and has been diverted to Dublin (DUB), Ireland.
The flight DL85 is operated by Delta Boeing 767. The US carrier operates twice-daily flights and some other codeshare flights between CDG and ATL.

On social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter), the user Shauns Aviation shared the details about the incident. He wrote,
DAL85 has informed Shannon ATC that they will be landing Heavy into Dublin. This means fire vehicles will go mobile for the landing. The estimated arrival time is approximately 1930L.
RESCUE 2, 3, 5 & 26 are mobile. This is a medical diversion. Aircraft will taxi to stand as long as it lands safely. The aircraft has landed safely! A portion of the rescue vehicles will follow the aircraft to stand.
