SAINT MARTIN– Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) Has Issued a tender for Landside Food, beverage, and Retail Concessions in Check-In and Arrivals Zones.
Princess Juliana International Airport Operating Company offers local and international enterprises the chance to participate in the comprehensive enhancement of the passenger journey by introducing a bar, a health-conscious food outlet, and specialty coffee concepts.

Terminal Reconsutrution
“Following the issuance of previous Requests for Proposals in March, which encompassed various categories such as restaurants, fashion retail, supermarkets, pharmacies, and a mini-casino bar, Princess Juliana International Airport is now focusing on a comprehensive transformation of its retail area as part of the terminal reconstruction.
The renovation aims to introduce fresh and innovative concepts, including a ‘mega-yacht food court,’ all inspired by the cultural diversity of Saint Maarten. The upgraded terminal will host 23 airside concessions in the Departure Hall and nine landside concessions in the Check-in and Arrival Hall.
PJIAE is actively inviting experienced and qualified companies and brands to submit proposals for landside concession spaces within the revitalized airport terminal. The latest Requests for Proposals (RFPs) process commenced on September 19, with a submission deadline of October 19.
Interested parties can access the relevant forms on the airport’s website. Upon expressing interest, the necessary documents will be provided within 48 hours.
