DELHI- India’s largest carrier, IndiGo (6E), has launched daily domestic flights connecting Delhi (DEL) and Kanpur (KNU), starting from July 01, 2023. This strategic addition to their route network aims to enhance domestic connectivity and promote mobility in North India.
The increased demand for air travel in Uttar Pradesh for business and leisure purposes has prompted IndiGo to introduce this new route. By offering more flight options between Delhi and UP, IndiGo is further expanding its domestic reach and catering to the needs of its customers.

Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales at IndiGo, expressed his satisfaction with the new flights.
“We are delighted to announce the commencement of flights between Delhi and Kanpur, the industrial capital of Uttar Pradesh. This direct connection will benefit those in the textile and other industries, promote tourism, and facilitate travel for people in nearby districts,” said Malhotra.
