PARIS- Air France (AF), one of the leading airlines in the world, was forced to cancel its highly anticipated flight from Paris to Toronto due to a technical issue with the aircraft and the unavailability of a replacement plane.
As a result, numerous passengers, including those who had traveled all the way from India for the connecting flight, found themselves stranded at the Paris airport, facing uncertainty and frustration.

Journalist Sheaded a Light
The incident came to light when Noopur Tiwari, a journalist based in Paris, took to Twitter to share the unfortunate plight of passengers.
According to Tiwari, the affected individuals had arrived in Paris on June 23 from Mumbai on Air France flight AF 217, expecting a seamless connection to Toronto via flight AF 356. However, their hopes were dashed when they were informed about the cancellation of the onward flight.
In response to the situation, the Indian Embassy in Paris dispatched officials to the airport to engage in negotiations with Air France and airport authorities, aiming to reach an amicable settlement for the affected passengers.
Air France is diligently working to resolve the technical issues and ensure that passengers reach their desired destination as soon as possible.
The airline deeply regrets the inconvenience caused and is determined to learn from this experience to prevent such disruptions in the future.
