AHMEDABAD- India’s youngest carrier, Akasa Air (QP), has revealed its plan to launch direct flights from Ahmedabad to Pune from June 8, 2023, onwards.
The Airline will commence daily non-stop flights between two important industrial cities in India. Furthermore, the airline will operate its modern and fuel-efficient Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.

Akasa Air Ahmedabad to Pune Flights
The Vinay Dube lead Akasa Air will commence daily flights between Ahmedabad (AMD) and Pune (PNQ) from June 8 onwards.
The Indian carrier will operate direct flight QP1508 from AMD to PNQ. The flight will take off from AMD at 22:05 (10:05 PM IST) and will arrive in PNQ at 23:30 (11:30 PM IST).
The airline will also have a simultaneous return flight QP1509 from PNQ to AMD, 20 minutes later from QP1508. The flight will take off from PNQ at 23:50 (11:50 PM IST) and will touch down at AMD at 1:15 (1:15 AM IST).
Akasa Air says that they offer the lowest fare on this route. So we decided to cross-check their claim and found out that it is true.
The Late Rakesh Jhunjhunwala-backed carrier’s one-way fare from AMD to PNQ is 3,922 Indian Rupees (INR). Subsequently, the PNQ to AMD fare stood at 4,084 INR. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that the round way flight fare remains the same.
The Indian carrier has recently achieved the remarkable achievement of flying to all four Indian metro cities.

Presence in All Metro Cities
Akasa Air, the newest airline in India, has commenced its operations from Kolkata, marking its 17th destination and achieving coverage across all major cities in the country.
The inaugural flight will depart from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata at 17:55 hrs, heading to Guwahati. Starting from May 18, 2023, Akasa Air will operate daily non-stop flights connecting Kolkata with Bengaluru and Guwahati.
These new routes will provide Akasa Air customers with the convenience of seamless travel from Bengaluru to Guwahati via Kolkata without needing a change of aircraft.
Kolkata becomes the second destination in the state of West Bengal for Akasa Air, following Bagdogra. Further, the launch of operations from Kolkata will greatly enhance inter-state connectivity.
