The state government of Tamil Nadu said on Wednesday that it has extended an invitation to Czech Republic-based light aircraft manufacturer Evektor Aircraft to invest there.

Anbarasan is travelling to the Czech Republic to attend the four-day International Engineering Fair (MSV) as part of an effort to draw investments to Tamil Nadu.
Senior government officials gave T M Anbarasan, the minister for micro, small, and medium enterprises, an explanation of the investment potential in their nation during his visit to the MSV International Engineering Fair in the Czech Republic.
Anbarasan visited the Czech Republic-based aviation production company EVEKTOR and spoke with the management there. Then, he went to a glass manufacturing facility and invited the executives of both firms to make investments in Tamil Nadu.
Later, Anbarasan and senior MSME department representatives visited the Evektor Aircraft production facility, and the Minister extended an invitation to them to invest in Tamil Nadu, according to an official statement. Senior authorities, including Secretary of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises V Arun Roy, Additional Chief Secretary of the Finance Department Adhithya Senthil Kumar, and others, attended the event.
