Boeing delays some 737 Max deliveries after wiring defect discovery, but safety unaffected and 2026 delivery target remains.

Boeing announced on Sunday that it will need to conduct additional work on approximately 50 undelivered 737 MAX aircraft, which could potentially result in delays for some imminent deliveries.
Boeing has stopped delivering some of its 737 MAX airplanes due to a new problem with a supplier, Spirit AeroSystems, which could potentially date back to 2019. The aircraft manufacturer made this announcement on Thursday.
