American Airlines Flight AA-618 returned to Chicago O’Hare after smoke was reported in the rear galley of a Boeing 737-800. The aircraft landed without reported injuries, while passengers faced an approximately four-hour delay as the airline arranged a replacement plane.

Passengers and crew members were forced to evacuate the Airbus A321 aircraft using emergency slides after smoke was detected in the cabin.
