ABU DHABI- Etihad Airways (EY) is making further aircraft changes on its Abu Dhabi (AUH) to Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) route for the Northern winter 2026/27 season. The latest update assigns the Airbus A350-1000 to EY033 and EY034 instead of the Boeing 787-9.
The change follows the earlier switch of EY031 and EY032 to the A350-1000 from 25 October 2026. Etihad will now schedule 14 weekly A350-1000 flights and four weekly Boeing 787-9 flights between Abu Dhabi and Paris.

Etihad Expands A350-1000 Use on Paris Route
Etihad continues to adjust the planned aircraft allocation for its Abu Dhabi to Paris Charles de Gaulle operation for Northern winter 2026/27.
The previously reported change moved EY031 and EY032 from the initially filed Boeing 787-9 to the Airbus A350-1000 from 25 October 2026. The latest update now extends the A350-1000 operation to EY033 and EY034, which were previously scheduled with the Boeing 787-9.
With both daily A350-1000 service pairs operating as planned, Etihad is scheduled to offer 14 weekly A350-1000 flights on the route. The airline will also operate four weekly Boeing 787-9 flights, resulting in 18 weekly services between Abu Dhabi and Paris.
The latest schedule filing contains the following flight timings and aircraft assignments:

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| EY031 | AUH-CDG | 02:25 | 06:45 | A350-1000 | Daily |

As a result, EY036 operates on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Its arrival in Abu Dhabi is scheduled at 00:40 on the following day.
EY031 and EY032 Move to A350-1000
EY031 operates from Abu Dhabi at 02:25 and arrives in Paris at 06:45. The return EY032 departs Paris at 09:55 and arrives in Abu Dhabi at 19:35.
Both flights are scheduled with the A350-1000 on a daily basis. The aircraft change for this service pair was previously reported as effective from 25 October 2026, replacing the initially filed 787-9.
EY033 and EY034 Also Switch Aircraft
The latest update changes the planned aircraft for EY033 and EY034.
EY033 departs Abu Dhabi at 14:05 and arrives in Paris at 18:35. EY034 departs Paris at 21:15 and arrives in Abu Dhabi at 06:45 the following day.
Both services are now scheduled with the Airbus A350-1000 on a daily basis instead of the Boeing 787-9.
This latest adjustment is the key change in the updated winter filing and increases the number of planned A350-1000 operations on the route.

Boeing 787-9 Remains on 4 Weekly Flights
The Boeing 787-9 is still scheduled on EY035 and EY036.
EY035 operates from Abu Dhabi to Paris with two published timings depending on the operating day. The flight departs at 08:00 and arrives at 12:25 on days 246, while the Monday operation departs at 08:20 and arrives at 13:15.
The return EY036 departs Paris at 15:05 and arrives in Abu Dhabi at 00:40 the following day. It operates on days x357, meaning Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Together, EY035 and EY036 account for four weekly Boeing 787-9 flights.

Winter 2026/27 Aircraft Mix
The revised filing produces a clear aircraft split across Etihad’s Abu Dhabi-Paris operation.
The Airbus A350-1000 will operate 14 weekly flights through EY031/EY032 and EY033/EY034. The Boeing 787-9 will operate four weekly flights through EY035/EY036.
The updated plan therefore totals 18 weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Paris Charles de Gaulle, with the A350-1000 accounting for the majority of the scheduled operation.
According to Aeroroutes, the latest adjustment forms part of Etihad’s continuing aircraft schedule changes for the Northern winter 2026/27 season.
