ABU DHABI- Etihad Airways (EY) will launch regular Tashkent–Abu Dhabi–Tashkent flights starting August 17, 2026, as reported via Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Transport and Trend. The service connects Tashkent (TAS) with Abu Dhabi (AUH).
The resumption of direct flights between the two capitals is expected to improve travel access for Uzbek passengers and strengthen bilateral air connectivity through Abu Dhabi’s global hub.

Direct Route Revival Strengthens Bilateral Aviation Ties
The agreement was finalized during a meeting between Uzbekistan’s Deputy Minister of Transport Jasurbek Choriyev and Majed Al Marzouqi, Chief Operating Officer of Etihad Airways.
