ORLANDO— National Airlines (N8) has initiated test flights for its first Boeing 777-200 Freighter, marking a major step in fleet modernization at Orlando. The aircraft, registered as N791CA, began its evaluation program last week and is expected to enter commercial service in May 2026 after completing certification procedures.
The milestone highlights the airline’s strategy to expand long-haul cargo operations with advanced aircraft. National Airlines confirmed that three additional Boeing 777-200 freighters will follow, each undergoing similar test programs in the coming months.

The Boeing 777-200 Freighter test program includes a series of performance checks, system validations, and regulatory compliance flights. These tests ensure the aircraft meets operational standards before entering revenue service.
