Etihad Airways has officially commenced operations on its Abu Dhabi to Charlotte route, with the inaugural flight EY15 departing Abu Dhabi at 4:07 a.m. and arriving in Charlotte at 11:42 a.m. on March 20. The launch resolves earlier uncertainty linked to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
