FORT WORTH- American Airlines (AA) will introduce centennial-inspired inflight menus in 2026, marking 100 years of operations with dishes influenced by 1920s dining.
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) serves as the airline’s primary hub, supporting the rollout of new premium dining experiences across domestic and international routes.

American Airlines New Menu
American Airlines will begin offering centennial-themed meals starting in March 2026 across Flagship First and Flagship Business on international and select transcontinental routes. Domestic First Class passengers will receive the updated menu beginning in April.
Customers can preorder these special meals starting February 9, before travel. The dishes draw inspiration from culinary trends of the 1920s, the decade when the airline began operations, while adapting flavors to modern inflight service standards.
According to the airline’s customer experience leadership, the menus aim to honor the company’s heritage while improving premium travel experiences for current passengers.
The limited-time menus will remain available through August across eligible routes.
