According to FlightRadar24 data, American Airlines flight AA168 took off from Tokyo Haneda at 10:55 UTC. After being airborne for over two hours, the flight attendant reported a medical issue onboard the aircraft.
Following this crew made a U-turn and declared an emergency for an accelerated landing back at Haneda. The aircraft landed safely at Tokyo at 15:23 UTC.
