Qatar Airways (QR) has been named the World’s Best Airline at the 2025 World Airline Awards. The announcement was made at a prestigious ceremony held on June 17 at Le Bourget Airport (LBG) during the Paris Air Show, organized by Skytrax.

Among the highlights, Singapore Airlines (SQ), based at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), was named second, while Cathay Pacific (CX), headquartered in Hong Kong (HKG), took third place.

Singapore Airlines (SQ) was recognized for having the World’s Best Cabin Crew and Best Airline in Asia, while its First Class Suites topped the First Class category.
Cathay Pacific (CX) was awarded for Best Inflight Entertainment.
Turkish Airlines (TK) was honored as the Best Airline in Europe and for its Business Class catering.
