DALLAS- Southwest Airlines (WN) is extending its schedule with new routes and Redeye flights through August 4, 2025, offering customers early booking for next summer’s travel.
The new schedule includes additional redeye flights, popular seasonal routes, and more nonstop service to high-demand destinations.
Southwest Airlines New Routes
Southwest’s summer 2025 schedule now includes 33 overnight flights, adding 13 new Redeye services. These new redeye flights will operate from:
- Honolulu to Los Angeles
- Lihue, Hawaii to Las Vegas
- Long Beach, Calif. to Baltimore/Washington
- Ontario, Calif. to Baltimore/Washington
- Portland, Ore. to Baltimore/Washington
- Sacramento, Calif. to Orlando
- San Francisco to Baltimore/Washington and Nashville
- San Jose, Calif. to Baltimore/Washington
- Seattle to Baltimore/Washington, Chicago, Houston, and Nashville
This new redeye service complements Southwest’s previously announced overnight flights as the airline expands its overnight options.
Southwest Airlines is also launching a new seasonal service between Colorado Springs and Cancun, Mexico starting June 14, 2025. The Saturday-only flights will provide Colorado residents convenient access to the popular beach destination.
Additionally, Southwest is resuming or expanding daily seasonal routes between several U.S. cities and summer hotspots. These include connections from
- Austin to Boston,
- Baltimore/Washington to Portland and Seattle,
- Dallas to Seattle, and
- Denver to Myrtle Beach and Savannah
Flights to Cancun will operate on Saturdays, providing a weekend getaway option for vacationers. Tickets for the new routes are now on sale.
