MUMBAI- Tata-owned Air India (AI) has revealed the launch of ‘Air India Aviation Academy’ with the help of KidZania, the brand renowned as international brand for education and entertainment today (June 25, 2024).
These academies are located in Delhi NCR Noida’s sector 38 and inside R-city Mall in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

The Air India Group aims to educate and inspire the next generation of aviation geeks and enthusiast to engage in the role-playing of pilots and cabin crew.
The young kids and children can participate in activities that resemblance the real-life scenarios with the help of simulators. Well, both companies have formed this partnership to ignite curiosity and passion in young fellows.
With this great initiative, the young minds can learn, explore, and finally discover what it’s like to be in aviation industry in a fun and entertaining way.
Those who participate in activities will get the opportunity to dress like a cabin crew and pilots in a new uniform. Furthermore, they can actually act as crew inside a model aircraft that will feature the same livery as new branding, colors and most importantly the livery.
The academy also aims to enhance psychomotor, cognitive, emotional, and social skills among children.

Rewards for Members
With this partnership, Air India’s Flying Returns frequent flyer program members, recently upgraded for greater ease, rewards, and recognition, will earn seven Flying Returns points for every Rs 100 spent on tickets to the Air India Aviation Academy at KidZania’s theme parks in Noida and Mumbai.
At the KidZania theme parks in Noida and Mumbai, additional features will include a selfie point for kids and parents with an Air India aircraft in the background, a section on the history of Air India, an Air India quiz, and insights into Air India’s new aircraft fleet and destinations.
At the entrance, children can experience the real world of aviation via a live flight tracker display, showcasing real-time information on aircraft flying to various parts of the world.
This is the first in India that such initiative has been taken by airline, initiative highlights Air India’s commitment to nurturing future talent. Further it shows KidZania’s dedication to immersive educational experiences.
It aims to instill values of responsibility, solidarity, sensitivity, harmony, courage, self-confidence, and professional ethics among children.
