SHANNON- Shannon Airport is pleased with Delta Air Lines’ (DL) decision to increase seat capacity on its new daily Shannon (SNN) to New York (JFK) flight, which begins today.
Delta Air Lines will now use the larger Boeing 767-300 aircraft for this route, replacing the originally planned Boeing 757-200. This change will provide over 3,600 seats throughout the summer, with the potential to accommodate up to 46,000 passengers via Shannon Airport.
