Flynas New Airbus A320neo
The national aviation strategy aims to accommodate 330 million passengers, attract 100 million tourists, and enhance international connectivity with Saudi Arabia to over 250 destinations by 2030.
With the addition of these five new A320neo aircraft, flynas has received a total of 11 aircraft this year, and there are plans for the delivery of 19 more A320neo aircraft in 2023.

This expansion supports the goal of facilitating pilgrims’ access to the two holy mosques. It contributes to the national strategy of civil aviation, enabling Saudi national airlines to play a crucial role in connecting the world with the Kingdom.
Almohanna further stated, “The expansion of our fleet will enable us to execute our robust expansion plans for the current year. This includes the launch of new domestic and international routes. In the coming weeks, the company is set to receive an additional eight planes as part of the 2023 delivery schedule, which totals 19 aircraft. These acquisitions are part of our order of 120 aircraft from Airbus, amounting to over 32 billion riyals. This positions the company as the largest low-cost carrier in the Middle East and one of the top 5 airlines globally.”
He also mentioned that flynas is preparing to inaugurate its latest operational base at Madinah Airport by the end of 2023, solidifying its status as the only carrier with four operational bases across Saudi Arabia.
