GEORGIA, US- Gulfstream Aerospace Corp has officially announced the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification of the brand-new Gulfstream G700 and Gulfstream G800 equipped with Rolls-Royce Pearl 700 engines.
This certification marks a significant milestone in the aircraft program, bringing it closer to entering into service and being delivered to customers.

Gulfstream New Engine FAA Certification
President of Gulfstream, Mark Burns, expressed excitement about this latest G700 and G800 certification achievements.
He emphasized that these aircraft are setting new standards for efficiency and performance in the business aviation sector, thanks to the combination of Gulfstream’s aerodynamics and the Pearl 700 engine’s efficiencies.
Demand for these aircraft is high due to their advanced technology, cabin comfort, and exceptional ultralong range capabilities, all of which will benefit Gulfstream’s customers.
The G700 and G800 aircraft showcase an advanced design, incorporating Gulfstream’s high-speed aerodynamic wing and a brand-new winglet specifically designed for these models.
These innovations, combined with the Rolls Royce Pearl 700 engines, contribute to reduced fuel consumption and emissions.

Modern Jets
The G700 boasts the industry’s most spacious cabin and can achieve a range of 6,650 nautical miles (12,316 kilometers) at Mach 0.90 or 7,750 nautical miles (14,353 kilometers) at Mach 0.85. It is also the fastest aircraft in the Gulfstream fleet, with a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.935.
On the other hand, the G800 offers impressive capabilities, with a range of 7,000 nautical miles (12,964 kilometers) at Mach 0.90 and an exceptional 8,000 nautical miles (14,816 kilometers) at Mach 0.85, making it the industry leader in terms of range.
Both the G700 and G800 are equipped with the Gulfstream Symmetry Flight Deck, featuring electronically linked active control sidesticks, extensive touch-screen technology, and the acclaimed Predictive Landing Performance System.
In the cabin, passengers on the G700 and G800 can enjoy the Gulfstream Cabin Experience, which ensures 100% fresh air circulation, the lowest cabin altitude in the industry, exceptionally quiet noise levels, and abundant natural light streaming through the iconic Gulfstream Panoramic Oval Windows.
