ORLANDO- Canada Jetlines (AU) plans to launch new flights between Toronto (YYZ), Canada, and Orlando (MCO), United States.
Jetlines, officially known as Canada Jetlines, Ltd., is a budget-friendly Canadian airline based in Mississauga, Ontario.
Canada Jetlines Toronto and Orlando Flights
Ishrion Aviation reports, Commencing from October 30, Jetlines is set to inaugurate services from Toronto (YYZ) to MCO, operating four times a week with an Airbus A320 aircraft. Here’s the schedule:
- AU206: Departure from YYZ at 1:30 PM, Arrival at MCO at 3:30 PM
- AU207: Departure from MCO at 5:00 PM, Arrival at YYZ at 7:26 PM
During the upcoming winter season, four airlines [Air Canada (AC), WestJet (WS), Sunwing (WG), and Lynx (Y9)] are already providing flights between YYZ and MCO.
Flair Airlines (F8) operates flights from YYZ to Orlando Sanford (SFB).
Now, Canada Jetlines will become the sixth airline operating on the Toronto-Orlando route, and it’s anticipated that Porter will also join as the seventh airline for the upcoming winter season.
Air Canada 787 Deployment to U.S. Destinations
Recently, the Flag carrier of Canada, Air Canada (AC), is set to enhance its U.S. routes with the introduction of its Boeing 787 Dreamliner to additional destinations.
The airline aims to improve travel options and connectivity for passengers traveling between the United States and Canada. This will add more capacity to existing routes served by narrowbody fleets.
Starting October 29 through March, Air Canada will offer daily flights from Toronto (YYZ) to two prominent U.S. cities: Las Vegas (LAS) and Phoenix (PHX).
This move is expected to provide passengers with greater flexibility and convenience when flying between these destinations.
In addition to the new routes with 787, Air Canada is also strengthening its link to Los Angeles (LAX). The airline will introduce a second daily Boeing 787 flight between Toronto (YYZ) and Los Angeles (LAX).
